Wells Launches 4 New Bidets, Complete for Hygiene, Cleanliness
2021-01-04
Wells, a comprehensive health electronics brand, greeted the colder season for bidets by launching a line of four new user and lifestyle-friendly bidet products with reinforced sanitization and washing functions. The products are designed for a family, with comfortable seating and convenient operation. They also present Wells’ own design identity.
The new Wells Bidet has significantly reinforced the functionality and design in each area, including hygiene, washing, and convenience in usage. It is a line of four products, which can be chosen according to personal taste. The BM750 is focused on the antibacterial function, which automatically or manually sanitizes all parts, including the tank, nozzle, pipes, and the ceramic bowl, with electrolyzed sterilizing water. The automatic sanitization function operates once per 10 usages (the daily average usage rate for a family of four). The user can press the sanitization button to operate the function whenever needed. The electrolyte sterilizing water generation module is also provided with a replacement service every 36 months to maintain optimal function. The BM551 has an automatic sanitization system that sanitizes the inner aspect of the ceramic bowl with plasma ions.
The 4 new Wells Bidet products use dual stainless steel antibacterial nozzles and antibacterial tips to ensure hygienic usage. When the user operates a washing function, it creates an optimal stream of water through each nozzle. Through the usage of a stainless steel material, which has little concern for mold, Wells provides a cleaner and more sanitary usage.
The inner aspect of the nozzle, tank, seat, and seat cover use antibacterial copper and antibacterial materials to prevent 99.9% of harmful bacteria. In particular, the eco-friendly antibacterial material used on the seat and seat cover shows a high antibacterial performance of 99.9% or higher bacterial growth repression and a Grade-1 Anti-fungal Certification. Also, it has an IPX Grade-5 waterproof function, allowing easy cleaning with water and usage after showers, free from concerns of damage from moisture.
Not only this, but Wells Bidet increased user satisfaction through a whirling bubble washing technology and a washing function fit for different body shapes. The whirling bubble washing technology, created through the Wells Dual Air technology, allows a smoother washing sensation through a stream of water pulling in air and spinning in a whirling motion. Also, it has functions for comfortable and convenient use for anyone: Move Wash, which moves the nozzle back and forth to increase cleaning effectiveness, and Lady Wash or Child Mode, which automatically adjusts the applied water pressure, massage mode, lukewarm water, nozzle placement, and drying.
The bidet is a product for everyday use, so regular care services are also provided to maintain a brand-new cleanliness. Wells Care Service regularly replaces the nozzle tip, nozzle door, and irrigation water filter, which are more hygiene-sensitive. A Wells Manager visits every 3 months for hygiene management and component replacement services per period.
Wells, while preparing their new product, conducted a survey of existing bidet users on bidet usage and design. Through this survey, they present a design identity unique to Wells. They created an optimized seat and control panel for comfortable seating and easy operation. Wells Bidet Seat considered the length of the seat hole, the width of the seat to prevent overpressure, and the height of the seat to minimize pressure from the thighs. Moreover, the control panel with various bidet functions is easily controllable by anyone due to images and font sizes for higher legibility and recognizability.
“We studied about 600 bidet users and applied the technology and design that would most satisfy consumers to the new Wells Bidet product,” a staff member at Wells commented. “Following this new bidet product, we will continue to introduce health electronics matched to consumer lifestyles.”
