Kyowon Wells launches the 'Home Care Service' and enters into the market in June.

Kyowon Wells' 'Home Care Service' is to provide regular maintenance of frequently used health products by health professionals as part of health and hygiene services.

Kyowon Wells has newly built a 'Wells Home Master' organization that includes professional engineers with specialties in product management and customer services to provide specialized and customized quality health services. The 'Wells Home Master' group consists of 100% regular employees from Headquarters who will provide consistent quality services through regular training and education. In addition, our sales network of more than 200 dealers nationwide built through rental businesses will provide our customers with the standardized services of 'Wells Home Master' throughout the country let alone Seoul and metropolitan areas.

The items under our care and services include bidets, mattresses and will extend to household appliances that require care and maintenance such as washing machines and air conditioners by the end of the year. Customers will be able to subscribe to our service regardless of makers and brands of their products, except rental products of our competing firms.

Our care and services will be highly customized depending on various needs of individual products, including measurement of contamination levels, internal/external cleaning disinfection/sterilizing, and overall management. For example, our mattress care will be an eight-step care that includes identification of contamination, frame and mattress care, ultraviolet disinfection, indoor room air purification, and anti-mite care as well. In particular, our professionals will use the latest sophisticated equipment that oscillates 4,000 times per minute to absorb and remove mites and ultrafine dust from a mattress with the depth of 30cm to ensure healthy sleep. Our bidet care goes beyond the basic sanitary services into disintegrating the bidet and cleaning and steaming each and every corner and groove inside the bidet and the bowl for a complete disinfection/sterilizing.

'Wells Home Care Service' is an one-time care service for customers to use on an as-needed basis. Customers are able to subscribe to the service via the Kyowon Wells website, customer center, or Wells manager for a service fee of 41,000 won for a bidet and 35,000 won to 55,000 won for a mattress depending on its size and number. You may subscribe to our membership service for your mattress that is in frequent use for a long period of time for regular care and maintenance, which includes four service sessions annually for a free of 11,000 to 17,400 won per month.
